- 10th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Crop
Ten years have come and gone!! We had a great day on October 5th scrapbooking for 13 hours and raising 2,400!!
I would like to thank everyone who made this possible. We had 85 raffle items donated by ALL of You!!, Village Pizza, Lee’s Martket, Nails etc., Beautiful Things, Ten Cousins Brick Oven Pizza and all kinds of delicious homemade pastries.
Besides 87 Scrapbookers we had shopping with The Crop Shop, Tastefully Simple, Pampered chef, Silpada and The Beauty Counter.
This event was truly memorable to all who attended and especially to me because it is my last Scrapbook Event.
Ten Years of Memories
Ten years ago this past March I opened Scrapbook Village, “A Place where Memories come Alive”. I have to say, so many Memories & friendships came Alive with Scrapbook Village while my store was open. Once I closed the store in 2006 and decided to stay open as SBV Crop Events the memories continued to flow and more new memories and friendships were made.
It has come time to open a new chapter in my life and close SBV Crop Events. In my heart SBV will always be alive. The friendships and memories that we have made will never go away and the impressions that all of you have made in my heart will last a lifetime. We have seen each other through many of life’s adventures, children growing, births, weddings, grandchildren and even sickness. We have changed lives by raising awareness for breast cancer and raising over $20,000 together. We spent weekends together celebrating Luau’s, The 70’s, Christmas in July, and Western themes just to name a few!
This decision is very bittersweet for me and I hope you all understand. I think Ten years is a good run and I know that our paths will cross again. I want to thank you for your support over the past 10 years and I hope Scrapbook Village will always be a memory in your Heart.
Happy Scrapping & Much Love!
sister Gina and her gang, have been scrapping together for years and travel
hours from home to attend my events!
would rate this trip an "O" for Opportunity; to scrap, sort, shop, be silly,
share and savor the memories. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!" The winning
